Why you need a Commercial EPC

Whilst the majority of commercial properties require an EPC, there are a few exemptions, as follows:

  • Places of Worship
  • Stand alone buildings less than 50 sq m.
  • If the property is to be demolished within two years
  • On lease renewals or extensions.
