Why you need a Commercial EPC
Whilst the majority of commercial properties require an EPC, there are a few exemptions, as follows:
- Places of Worship
- Stand alone buildings less than 50 sq m.
- If the property is to be demolished within two years
- On lease renewals or extensions.
